what's the first animated show to use digital animation?
The first show to use CGI was Veggie Tales.
For digital ink and paint I think it was Calliou.

imagine if spongebob season 4 had the animation of season 3, that would be weird. The first show to use CGI was Veggie Tales.

season 4 feels very spongebob thoimagine if spongebob season 4 had the animation of season 3, that would be weird.
the vibe and atmosphere of post movie wouldn't fit it
season 4 feels very spongebob tho
you can feel the crew worked very hard to make it feel like pre-movie and i think they succeeded in alot of ways, especially the atmosphere of pre-movieI don't know how to explain it but season 4 feels like the most spongebob season out of the entire show.

Wasn't A Pup Named Scooby-Doo using digital ink and paint WAY before Caillou? The Scooby-Doo Wiki claims that the first season used it, and the other seasons used cel animation. If this is the case, A Pup Named Scooby-Doo is the only show that started out as digital ink and paint and switched to cel animation. The first show to use CGI was Veggie Tales.

Have You Seen This Snail? was the first episode to have the post-movie coloring and linework, the previous four episodes have very different coloring and linework.

Sometimes season 5 SpongeBob acts like his season 3 self, like in BlackJack, and sometimes he's more immature, like in Waiting.since we discuss sb's personality on this thread, i've made this thread
Show News - pre-movie continuity (SpongeBob's character development)
there's something i noticed in pre-movie that's very weird/cool. SpongeBob grows up each season and matures season 1 SpongeBob was very childish and closer to his season 4-5 counterpart season 2 SpongeBob is a bit more mature than season 1 bob but still very childish season 3 bob is way more...www.sbmania.net
i didnt wanna post it on this thread, bc it's kinda off topic, but not really
have you seen this snail looked so good tho
that episode has the most season 4 sb design in all of season 4 (if that made sense)
I disagree, for me that season is Season 2.I don't know how to explain it but season 4 feels like the most spongebob season out of the entire show.
