Sanctuary! was odd episode because Spongebob become a snail hoarder like that old cat lady from The Simpsons
 
I find the title "Sponge on the Run" kinda unoriginal, since we already have a game with that name. I understand It's a Wonderful Sponge didrn't make sense, but honestly, there's better titles then that one.

Also I love the CG style, it's pretty unique compare to other CG films, just like with Spiderverse movie.
 
I stayed awake through almost the whole thing except I had to miss the first 30 minutes due to heavy rain and thunder which caused us to lose our satellite signal
 
Pre Movie has bottom 50 worthy episodes
Season 5 is good
Season 1 is underrated
Squidbob Tentaclepants, The Gift Of Gum, New Leaf, The Thing are all good Season 4 Episodes
Once Bitten, Chimps Ahoy and Squidtastic Voyage are bad Season 4 episodes
Texas, Jellyfish Hunter and Missing Identity are mediocre episodes
Rock A Bye Bivalve and Fools In April are bad
The Sponge Who Could Fly, Doing Time, Your Shoes Untied, Squeaky Boots, Musclebob Buffpants, Nature Pants are amazing
Season 8 has amazing episodes and is better then Season 9

I'm not sure if this is unpopular or not since I haven't been on here in a minute, but here goes.
The plot and title for the new SpongeBob movie are just somewhat insulting rehash, but so far the execution looks alright.

- Season 12 has a lot of season 6 esque episodes (Nitwitting, Fifthly Muck, My Two Krabses, Jolly Lodgers)

-Modern episodes shouldn't use pre-movie tracks, the modern animation doesn't match the old music

-Season 1 was not boring, I enjoyed it, the cel animation and old audio gave it that 90's charm

-Season 2-3 are equal

-The show didn't go downhill until season 5

-The first film is still the best film

-The Lost Matress, Krabs vs. Plankton, and MM&BB VI feel like season 3 episodes writing wise (Just make Spongebob's voice deeper, and make them markerbob episodes)

-Mimic Madness is overrated, It wasn't a bad episode, but I didn't find it funny

-Spongebob and Patrick act equally stupid in post sequel

-Post sequel is more mean spirited than season 6 (There were jokes about Squidward wanting Spongebob to die)

-Demoiltion Doofus is the worst episode of the show

-I don't like the in your face ADHD style of the modern episodes (The loud background music and the over exaggerated faces)

-The bad picture quality and the composite artifacts makes the pre-movie episodes look nostalgic
 
late season 4-5 episodes feel weird and confusing *cough cough* spongehenge

spongebob’s season 9 isnt as good as out of the water’s design (probably the only good thing from that movie screw season 8’s design, by the way)
 
I have two/three, though I don't know if two of them are controversial or not.

1) I don't believe Karen and Plankton's relationship is abusive. There is plenty of evidence to say otherwise. Now, again, the only people I've seen saying this is Twitter and Tumblr, so I don't know if this is a majority opinion.

2) I think Karen and Plankton should get a sitcom/spinoff of their own. I admit that I do find Squidward more relatable as I grow up, but I grew up watching shows like the Goldbergs, Fresh off the Boat, etc, etc and I would love to see Karen and Plankton as that suburban family with a taste for evil twist for them both.

3) I don't like any Human AUs. Ever. I just prefer characters in their original forms instead of crafted into humans.
 
I don't like Whirlybrains so i skipped it on my Spongebob Season 10 DVD.

yeah i get this DVD for Christmas

House Fancy is way too hated and I consider it the 5th best season 6 episode
Unsure if this is unpopular or not but Wet Painters is underrated
Drive Thru is amazing
Unsure if this is unpopular either but heres how I rank pre movie specials
1. Shanghaied Amazing 9/10
2. The Sponge Who Could Fly Amazing 9/10
3. Christmas Who? Great 8/10
4. Ugh Great 8/10
5. Party Pooper Pants Mediocre 5.5/10
Its A Spongebob Christmas is the best special and best post movie episode
Post movie specials are better than pre-movie

Season 1 episodes like Home, Sweet Pineapple, Squeaky Boots, Culture Shock, Plankton! & Nature Pants deserve more love
Season 2 episodes like, Patty Hype, Wormy, Pressure, Imitation Krabs & Squid's Day Off deserve more love
Season 3 episodes like, Doing Time, Plankton's Army, Clams, The Sponge Who Could Fly & The Bully deserve more love
Season 4 episodes like, Karate Island, Born To Be Wild, Ghost Host, Driven To Tears & The Pink Purloiner deserve more love

This isn't unpopular but I'm just gonna say it:
I absolutely DESPISE Season 10-present animation style, tropes, etc.

Season 5 > 4
Season 12 is the worst season (Nope, not 7)

I found Good Neighbors to be a hilarious episode
One Coarse Meal really is not that bad
Squirrel Jelly is a good episode
I don't like Mrs. Puff at all

All my opinion obviously!

I also don't like the new art style, they should've stuck with the art style they had in season 9.
