MIND TRIP: Being held responsible for his rival's accident, Squidward is placed in the hospital with a coma and is visited by Squilliam and SpongeBob everyday. Feeling guilty about the accident Squilliam talks and apologies everyday but feels as If it's not enough. Wanting to actually communicate with Squidward better, SpongeBob then teaches Squilliam how to enter into Squidward's dreams, (Like the episode Sleepy Time where SpongeBob enters his friend's dream while having an out of body experience.) since SpongeBob's is positive that Squidward is trapped in a dreamworld.
Learning and practicing SpongeBob's "Astral Projection" technique, Squilliam convinces the doctors to let him stay the night so he can Astral Project and enter into Squidward's dream. Having successfully entered into Squidward's dreams, (Mind) Squilliam journeys through Squidward's mind to find his actual rival and not just a projection of his rival, one of which being a younger Squidward who's believes himself to be a failure. He encounters some rather terrifying imagery within Squidward's mind, one of which is Squidward himself. Who wouldn't be overly pleased to see Squilliam invading the privacy of his mind.

Whilst on his way to observe these bones being displayed at the museum, Squilliam gets involved in a accident that leaves him with broken bones and in need of surgery. In need of bone reconstruction, some rouge scientists secretly give the millionaire a bone transplant, with plans to revive and control the ancient beast. Only after his recovery does Squilliam realize what his So-called doctors have done and is furious however, the bones in question turns its host, {Squlliam} into the ancient beast of legend, that results in him attacking Bikini Bottom. Now it's up for SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy and Squidward to save Bikini Bottom from the giant monster's attack. But will they also be able to help Squilliam? Plus can Squidward soothe his savage rival with his clarinet?
