Your Opinions of Kamp Koral

I've seen the first few episodes of this and honestly? this show is really meh to me. it also feels like it's aiming for a younger audience than the original is, although ig that's to be expected since the characters were made kids for this lol. im also not a fan of the animation. i do like sandy's kid design though, i think it's adorable. but that's all i have to say on this tbh.
 
It IS cute, but making it CG causes it to lose a lot of the charm that made the parent series what it was
 
That does make me wonder if this series decided to stick to 2D animation than 3D...
 
Yeah, perhaps it would be better-received by the general public
 
just saw the fiesr six episodes of Kamp Koral and it was good!

i like Kitchen Sponge episode!
 
In my opinion I think Treasure of Kamp Koral is my favorite.
 
Honestly I think it's the Kamp Koral equivalent to the classic seasons (with some Season 11 sprinkled in)
 
The show really feels like season 11 Spongebob to me, especially the characterization of Patrick, Squidward and Mr. Krabs, although I do like Sandy, she's much better than in the main show currently because she's retains much more of what made her lovable in the classic seasons!
 
So far I think it's pretty good. I'd have to say my favourite episode was either Tag You're It or Kitchen Sponge
 
This show isn't good and just feels like a waste of time

Honestly, Kamp Koral is not that bad. The first episode was alright, some people might disagree, but that's just my honest opinion. I kind of found the beginning of sugar squeeze sort of cringey but I do like the rest of the episode. Tag you're it is not bad at all. I think from the episodes I have watched, kamp koral ain't bad.
 
I kinda enjoy it too

The Patrick Star Show is going to be the actual first sucky SpongeBob spin-off I think

I've only seen the episodes released today since I don't have a Paramount+ subscription, but my overall thoughts were that it was pretty good. It's not amazing but I liked what I saw. Squisery, Gimme a News Break and Are You Afraid of the Dork? were my favorites of today's batch.
