I just checked my TV Guide for all Nick channels on October 5th at 10:00 PM. It's definitely a new channel

The Splat is for old 90s/2000s Nicktoons/Nickcoms, and the Nicktoons network is for more current Nicktoons and... some live action things, for some reason (despite the fact that it's supposed to be the network for nicktoons).

It's an improvement over a 4 hour block, but still...disappointing. At least it doesn't start at midnight, but it's not exactly primetime either

Yeah, it stinks, but I'm thinking they could splat some more retro onto the rest of the channel to make it better.

If it does good enough I'm sure they'll expand it. It will probably extend to 8-6 and then to 6-8 and then eventually be the whole channel, assuming that it does better than normal Teennick.

no. I can watch these shows online but there's just something weirdly special about watching a show on TV if it hasn't been on for like 10 years
