If I could stay young forever then I'd be a minor, and as such I'd never actually have to pay for anything big like a house or a car, so...deffo the blue pill.

(Green pill should my infinitely young self comes across them again.)
 
Red. With time travel I can win the lottery and get a ton of money, and go to the future where effective youth medication and artificial gills probably exist
 
green is the most reasonable choice

If you choose red, you'll screw up timeline like Barry Allen does. Not cool.

Well if I actually had these four pills sitting in front of me and had to choose just one I'd choose the green one. With a trillion dollars I could most likely afford to buy a few of the other pills if I wanted them, after all they were being given away in the first place.
 
I take the money pill since it's the most useful and safest of all.
 
Define 'young'
If 'young' means childhood, then absolutely that pill.
However, if 'young' means college then god no. 4 years of it is fun but I want to eventually settle down somewhere and not always live on campus without a car.
There's no point of living in the ocean if most of it is dark anyways and I'm no longer at the top of the food chain there. Plus swimming is a lot of work.
TIme travel is just gonna make me nostalgic and put me in a bad mood so screw that.
So moneyyyy
 
Probably the money. The others are useless (especially if others couldn't stay young with you), so that seems like the best option.
 
If i could time travel anywhere i can go to the great depression and become the richest man!
 
Yellow pill would be cool except I can't swim well and my eyes would still hurt from being underwater :<

So I would take the money pill
 
green or yellow.
if i ever fall into the sea i cant drown (especially when you cant swim)
