Description: Appeared in "Sentimental Sponge." Tried picking up a trash can of SpongeBob's useless junk once before SpongeBob took it back. Since then, he has not been happy. After SpongeBob took photos of everything he kept, Garbage Man came back and piled everything in his truck to take to the dump. Has purple skin and wears green overalls with a tan shirt underneath, brown shoes, and a hat.
