Description: Appears in "Rock Bottom" helping SpongeBob get his giant glove balloon after it blows away. Comes back and blows the glove up with more air and helps SpongeBob leave Rock Bottom. Appears with red skin, purple lips, and a red glowing light above his head. Seems as though he is the only Rock Bottom fish that doesn't have an accent.
