Who writes the best episodes?

C.H. Greenblatt for his work on Seasons 2 and 3 (he written some of the most famous SB episodes such as Band Geeks, Dying for Pie, and Krusty Krab Training Video)
Season 3, 9, 10, and 11 Kaz has written a lot of great episodes as well. His Season 12 episodes are generally not as good though.
A writer with a shorter career in SB that did well is Jack Pendarvis, who wrote 10 episodes for Season 9B. With the exception of The Fish Bowl, all of his episodes are great. Because he did not write anything for Season 9A or 10, and he did not return to the show, he is not often recognized very much.
