As far as somewhat-recent episodes go, I could see someone finding Cuddle E. Hugs or My Two Krabses a bit creepy. Outside of stuff that's already been mentioned, I don't think there are really any episodes I would consider creepy from start to finish. Maybe Face Freeze? I could see the faces being a bit unsettling for some.

I remember the dream episode being really creepy when I was younger (and also visually darker), but re watching SpongeBob now, It's probably Spongehenge.

Squidward in Clarinetland is kinda like Regular Show. That eagle is creepy as heck though. Clancy Brown getting to use his Lex Luthor voice. Now we need Corey Burton on the show (IYKYK!)
