Wait, you've got him shackled in place, completely helpless, you're asking for creative ways to tickle him and the idea of opening his robe sounds wrong?

Oh, about tickling him, putting socks on his feet. Socks make feet extremely ticklish, far moreso than bare feet -as long as you're tickling with fingers.

Also, his neck and chin/jaw are exposed. Those parts tend to be ticklish on many people, and feathers are good for that.
 
Also, if you just open the robe enough to access his armpits and shoulders, without completely exposing him, that'd work too; offering plenty of tickle torture opportunity.
 
Now all we need is his dialog for when he's tickled;)

In my head it did, or maybe I've been with my sister to long. She'd probably see it differently.
 
Tell him a joke so bad, he dies so hard he became alive again with permanent ticklish feeling.

LOL! It's okay. Being that I do visit adult fiction and art sites, tickle torture is usually just the beginning for non g-rated stuff, so my head went straight into the gutter.

Squilliam: Huh?.. *Tests his shackles* I'm... what's going on here? Wait, what're you... No! No tickling-no-no-no-hahahahaha!!! Sto-sto-hahaha-op! *Given a short break* Phew..! Don't ever do that ag-Hey! What're you doing with those socks?! Oh, no! Noonononono!! *Dies -not literally- laughing as his socked tentacles are mercilessly tickled*

That's all I could think of. ;)

Loved it, someone's having fun with Squilly.

It's a guilty pleasure of mine to browse Deviantart for tickle torture artwork. Which doesn't have Squilliam getting tickled by Squidward. There's only one that exists on Deviantart, which is Squilliam tickling Squidward.
I saw you commented on it...;) there should be more of those on that site.

Oh yes! That one was good. That's the only one I've found, actually, of Squidward/Squilliam tickle torture.

I always say if you want to see more of it and you're artistically inclined, then draw it. ;)
