The Krusty Krab. Plankton even said so himself... well, at least the guy that does his voice did (in KK Training Video "The best burger joint uder the sea," or whatever).
But I'd be more than willing to help ol' Plankton out and go to the Chum Bucket. Chum specials sound good. ;)
