Wanted to let you know I saw a SB Musical commercial before Harvey Beaks tonight. Someone should try and record it.
Was it this one?

Squidward's costume design, courtesy of Spongebob's Facebook page. Very interesting...his hair is very punk-ish.

Is it legal to record live stage shows and put them on YouTube? If so, someone do that and post it here. If not, someone do it anyway and PM me the link.

Also, will there be a soundtrack like there was for The Sponge Who Could Fly musical?

You can post it on Google Drive but not youtube. The cast recording will probably be released in a few months.

I got to watch it. It was really funny and captured the spirit of the show. Ironically, Squidward was the true star of the show and got the most applause. Who would've thunk?

This is what I witnessed both times I watched with a paying audiences. Within the fan base there is a deep river of love for our Squidy. Plus Tina and here gang handled bit so well, that the audience is really pulling for him by the time he finally gets to perform.

Yes! Although I have mixed feelings because I adore his song, and in the context of the musical it makes sense, but Squidward has always struck me as a narcissist. So to have him be so self-deprecating felt odd to me at first, but I suppose it was a clever way to get the audience to relate to him further. I also enjoyed his platonic moments with Spongebob.

:nervouspuff: This might flunk levels of badness! It looks like trash!

I'm hoping this will premiere in the UK at some point, as I'd love to see this
