I realize this might not look like a news story worthy of posting for the public but for those families and individuals that do not have cable and have hulu to watch TV (paid subscribers), this is an awesome story. I, for one, am totally stoked!!

Nickelodeon shows like “SpongeBob SquarePants” and “iCarly” are coming to Hulu, the streaming TV Web site, for the first time.

In a pact announced Tuesday by Nickelodeon’s owner, Viacom, episodes of selected shows will be accessible to subscribers of Hulu’s paid service, Hulu Plus. The episodes will show up online three weeks after they first appear on television.

Viacom said the streaming Nickelodeon shows will include, along with “SpongeBob” and “iCarly,” “Big Time Rush,” “Victorious,” “How to Rock” and “Supah Ninjas.” Five episodes of each will be available to Hulu Plus subscribers on a delayed basis.

Seriously? Viacom want money so bad that we can't even watch an episode without having to pay?
I'd love to like that post but I'm afraid Viacom will shut me down for liking a post. Plus they'll sue me, and will ask SBMania.net to pay the compensations.

Yes, Viacom, you're that pathetic.

Seems a strange move considering that they tried to blame their ratings dive on the availability of their content on streaming services.

I was thinking the same thing when I read that, dmap.

Current seasons of LOK & SB are on hulu. I can catch up on season 8. :)

edit: only 6 episodes of SB are on there -.- FAIL

Never really liked the way Hulu works with their subscription service... I always get the episodes in iTunes anyways.
Good to see the content expanding in some way though

I left cable for hulu & netflix.

Netflix = no commercials but more movies than tv shows
hulu = commercials (sorta) but more tv shows

And why? Because it costs $17 a month for both (8 for hulu and 9 for netflix) rather than paying $70-$80 a month for cable with commercials.

I find the internet a very strange and a hard-to-understand place :rofl2: .

So I'll stick with basic cable for a while. Until I fully understand the internet.

I have netflix but not hulu...... and the sad part is if you check out the SB catalog on netflix, you'll see it goes up to the end of season 5, the same thing happens with the First 100 episodes box set, which I got from my dad when we went to Walmart..... right as my mom sent a subscription sign up confirmation to Netflix.... ;(

I just wish they'd hurry up and add S6, 7 and 8 and keep up with the new episodes..... but Netflix is for flix, therefore they pay more attention to flix :(
