SB_DW_Fan's Top 50 Worst SpongeBob Episodes List

It's dull. Not really that memorable, though I enjoy it when on.

You do know that SpongeBob took all the stuff home with him, right?

I never had a problem with this one but it's not really the first episode I think of from the pre movie era that I'd really want to watch that often.

I liked Bossy Boots, but it isn't one of my favorite episodes in the show and it isn't very memorable, but it is still a good one. Though, it isn't a perfect episode. The next episode is probably SpongeBob SquarePants VS. The Big One.

Despite a few funny moments and Davey Jones' appearence, I didn't like this special at all. When I saw promos of this episode, I was very excited for it because It sounded promising and when I watched this episode, I was disappointed. Even my mom watched this special with me and said something like this: "Wait, this was the special?". Yeah, she was disappointed too. The main problem of this episode is how badly-written episode is. First of all, It actually took 15 minutes to get the actual big wave plot and that made this episode slow. I think this episode would be a lot better, If the episode lasted 11 minutes and had more hilarious jokes and entertaining scenes. Sadly not. This episode has three diffierent plots and two of them were unnecessary. The first one is with SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward, the second one is with Mr. Krabs and Flying Dutchman and the third one is with Sandy. The unnecessary ones are Mr. Krabs' and Sandy's plot. Mr. Krabs' plot is about Mr. Krabs going to a middle of Flying Dutchman Triangle. His plot was pointless because nothing happened, except Mr. Krabs and Flying Dutchman talking. Not the mention that there was a contunie issue in that plot. Flying Dutchman said he never seen Mr. Krabs before. Writers really forgot Born Again Krabs and Money Talks episodes. Sandy's plot was even more pointless. I gave a credit for writers to make Sandy appear in a one season 6 episode but her apperance in this episode was pointless. Her plot was about her surviving in an island, making building and wanting to rescue SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward. If she rescued SpongeBob, her appearence in this episode wouldn't be pointless. All she did with the plot was sending SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward to an island, sending Mr. Krabs to Dutchman Triangle. At least that was an accident but despite that, she didn't do too much with the plot. I think I talked too much about Mr. Krabs' and Sandy's plots and lets talk about the main plot. At first the main plot is SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward trying to learn surfing from Twitch and his friends but unfortunetly, they didn't learn much, so Twitch and his friends sends them to find JKL, who actually can teach SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward about surfing. I liked how JKL is voiced by Johnny Deep but I didn't like that he teached surfing to SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward in a diffierent way. All he did was playing drums and saying them tog keep breathin. He didn't even show some surfing skills to them. After 15 mintues of this episode, we finally get to the big wave plot and there weren't much excitment about it. All we saw was JKL explaining about the big wave (quite posibibly the most interesting part about the last seven minutes), SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward and Mr. Krabs riding the wave, (oh yeah, JKL rescued Mr. Krabs) although they didn't surf exactly, JKL sacfifising himself, SpongeBob playing drums to get back to Goo Lagoon, Sandy crashing into Goo Lagoon, SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward and Mr. Krabs arriving to Goo Lagoon, JKL, Twitch and his friends also being in Goo Lagoon and they partying and that's it. Nothing too much exciting thing happened in the last seven minutes and the ending happended too quicky in my opinion. Not the mention there were some plot holes at the end. First of all, how did Twitch and his friends arrived to Goo Lagoon? We didn't even see them surfing in the big wave. Second of all, JKL said one of them (SpongeBob, Patrick or Squidward) should sacrifise himself and he said that person will never return. Istead of SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward, JKL sacrifised himself but he returned at the end. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? THAT MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL. Anyway, this is the entire special, folks. It was boring, It was lazily-written and It was rushed. This episode is still better than the other episodes that I will talk about soon but this special is still dull. Oh wait, there's one more thing. When JKL said one of them should sacrifise himself, Squidward wanted SpongeBob to do that. WOW, they really ruined Squidward's character in post-movie era.

I did not like this episode at all. First of all, the title makes no sense. THE TITLE IS "TO SAVE A SQUIRREL" BUT SANDY WASN'T EVEN SAVED IN THIS EPISODE. WHAT THE HECK WRITERS? The title should be "To Survive in a Cage" or at least Sandy should be saved in this episode. The worst thing about this episode is Patrick. I really hated how Patrick burnt the food supply to make campfire and then he putting the tent over the fire. STOP MAKING PATRICK INTO A MORON JERK, WRITERS!!! Another bad thing about this episode is Sandy. I hated that she wanted to test SpongeBob and Patrick's survival skill. What the heck, Sandy? SpongeBob and Patrick could have been die. This episode was so boring and It was creepy too. SpongeBob and Patrick trying to eat each other was very disturbing and creepy. I like creepy/dark stories but the writers didn't execute it well. It's not bad as people says because this episode had some humor. Wormy reference at the begining was funny. Squidward using voodoo dolls to kill get rid of SpongeBob and Patrick was hilarious. Sponge cake joke made me laughs. Also the ending was hilarious. Excluding these moments, this episode is boring and disturbing.

Hint for #35: Krusty Krabs becomes dirty.

I guess I'm the only person here besides RSF who actually likes "To Save a Squirrel." I really need to rewatch SB vs the Big One sometime cause I barely remember anything about it now.

SBvTBO is okay. I loved Davey Jones' appearance though.

To Save a Squirrel is disturbing. Just like nobody talks about how disturbing it is.

There a lot just a lot wrong things in this episode, yet It's still a little funnier than other episodes that I find much worse. This episode is nothing but a bad remake of a much better episode called Squid's Day Off. I don't know why post-movie writers of this show love to remake not only pre-movie episodes, some post-movie episodes in a bad way possible. Sometimes remakes of old episodes can work like Home Sweet Rubble, Grooming Gary, I Heart Dancing, The Other Patty but most of time, remakes are really bad or mediocre. This episode is also gross in sometimes, although It's much more tame than Pets or Pests or Fungus Among Us. The close-up of SpongeBob's foot was just disgusting and wasn't really needed and the moments when SpongeBob brought a costumer's food and drink with his feet, DEUAGH!!! The ending of this episode is the worst thing ever. In this episode, Squidward tells SpongeBob what to do in Krusty Krab, SpongeBob makes things worse in Krusty Krab (making the restaurant dirty and scaring the costumers with his dance) and SpongeBob and Squidward get away with their actions in this episode. Squidward getting away with this pissed me off more because Squidward made SpongeBob do horrible things but not only he gets away with this, that's kinda weird that when Squidward do nothing bad, he gets punished and when he does a bad thing in this episode, he didn't get punished for his actions. I don't know what post-movie writers try to do with Squidward anymore. They make him either unlikeable or miserable. This episode is overall really stupid, gross and I didn't like how the writers made Squidward and SpongeBob get away with it.

This is another episode that a remake of an old episode. This time It's a remake of Wormy. This episode is really boring with some time fillers, unlikeable characters and uncreative plot. The first half of this episode is nothing but Sandy showing SpongeBob the chorces that he'll do and SpongeBob doing the exactly the same thing that Sandy shows SpongeBob for only FOUR MINUTES. Later the episode continutes with Patrick's apperance and Patrick notices that SpongeBob doesn't have a water helmet. The writers definetly forgot that SpongeBob needs his water helmet to survive but at least they realized that after Patrick appeared. Later SpongeBob and Patrick try to not destory anything in Sandy's house but accidently SpongeBob drops one of Sandy's flasks on the floor and the flask goes to robots and it wakes robots up and robots destoryed everything in Sandy's house. Thankfully something entertaining happened in a long time in this episode. Later Sandy arrives to his home, she sees that SpongeBob destoryed everything in her home, she takes her ray gun and It seems like Sandy is going to kill SpongeBob and Patrick but she isn't. She uses her ray gun to fix the mess and actually Sandy wanted SpongeBob and Patrick to destory her house. Sandy is my third favorite character in this show, next to SpongeBob and Plankton but the writers can make her unlikeable sometimes and in this episode, they turned her into a really jerk. If the episode was short and Sandy told SpongeBob to destory everything in her house, the episode would be more entertaining but the writers needed her to make unlikeable, so the episode can work. At least she got what he deserved at the end but It barely makes this episode better. Besides the ending, The only reasons why this episode isn't higher are a few funny moments like the calculator exploding and I also found the robots quite amusing. This episode is still boring though and a waste of your 11 minutes of time.

Hint for #33 SpongeBob eats a kelp

Gullible Pants Is Disgusting And Stupid.I Like The Robot Parts HSFS But Rest Of The Episode Was Boring Next Is Smoothe Jazz.

Gullible Pants is probably one of the most boring and stupid episodes of the show.

I actually enjoyed House Sittin' for Sandy. Don't know why I like it, so I guess it's a guilty pleasure.

Nature Pants had some good parts which made up for the bad parts IMO. House Sittin' for Sandy was meh, it had a lot of filler and I haven't seen Gullible Pants.

This episode is one of the pre-movie episodes that I don't understand the love. Sure, It had a heart and It admit that there were a few funny moments but I still dislike this one. This episode is so boring and uninteresting. I mean who wants to see SpongeBob getting naked and acting like a jellyfish in the entire episode? Not the mention how SpongeBob was out of character in this episode. He leaves his job and his best friends, so he can be a jellyfish. We all know that SpongeBob loves his job and his best friends so much that he can't leave them so quickly. Both pre-movie and post-movie had some examples of that. There isn't much to say about this episode honestly, It's just boring.

This episode isn't actually terrible as everyone says but still It's a bad episode. Too bad this episode had a potential to be a great episode just like most of Legends of Bikini Bottom episodes. The main problem of this episode is how boring it is. Nothing really exciting happens in this episode and despite a few funny moments, the episode is really unfunny. Also the designs of rednecks look bad, although I've seen worse designs from this show. There isn't much to say about this episode either. It's really boring and It's lazily-written.

This episode is just like Trenchbillies. It had a potential to be a great episode, in fact It had a potential to be one of the most action-packed SpongeBob episodes just like Sand Castles in the Sand and Mooncation. Unfortunately writers had gone lazy and written this bad episode. I don't really think this episode is a bottom 10 worthy or 20 worthy episode but It's still bad. One of the problems of this episode is that SpongeBob doesn't know anything about vikings. Remember Bubble Buddy episode when SpongeBob celebrated Leif Ericcson day? It seems that the writers forgot Bubble Buddy episode. When SpongeBob's mail s sent to the vikings, the vikings kidnaps SpongeBob and Squidward and after that, nothing happens in this episode. There's just boredom happens in this episode. At least after 8 mintues, something exciting happens in this episode. The vikings ship hits a rock and SpongeBob stops the ship from leaking. Later SpongeBob says "Now that's what I call a viking sized adventure.". A lot of people complained about how the episode ended. At first I didn't really think the episode was that bad but I know what's wrong with the ending. The episode ended in one of the most laziest ways possible. After 9 mintues of slow-pacing, the ending comes too quickly and that's how the ending is terrible. Also we don't see SpongeBob and Squidward going back to their home. The same thing happened in Shanghied but at least the ending of that episode was funny. The ending of this episode wasn't funny at all. It was lazy and It was rushed.
