I noticed this reference.

Also, the scene where Plankton tries to say "teamwork" is reminiscent of a similar scene in "Single Cell Anniversary".
 
The long journey scene is a reference to Lord of the "Onion" Rings

Those were just a couple references I noticed. There's also the "My Leg" guy.
 
What about SpongeBob's reef blower? And when the camera pans to the island, you can hear nose flute from the opening.

I noticed a lot of references to old episodes, I wanted to tell but I'm lazy/people already told.

I would say they closely resemble eachother
 
I think the teamwork song is trying to be a sequal to F.U.N plus squidwards dance in the credits is from culture shock
 
That scene where they're trying to get the key without waking Patrick up - gotta be a reference to "The Secret Box"
