Nickelodeon Parts Ways With Dan Schneider

Then what was the point to make a long paragraph on you saying you only like one of his shows for the sake of a joke? That post looked quite serious to me and would confuse a lot of people here.
 
This is very shocking, first Butch Hartman and now Dan Schneider. Though it seems Butch Hartman left because his shows weren't getting the views anymore, while Dan Schneider's shows still get really high views, Dan seemed to have a falling out with Nickelodeon along with the increasing allegations made about how he treats his staff. I thought the allegations might catch up to him some day, but I didn't think it would be this soon.

It's interesting to hear he was mad about Game Shakers getting cancelled. Game Shakers seems to be one of the few of his shows that wasn't super successful. It didn't get the highest views, but it seems like Nick might have ordered 3 seasons to appease him so he would continue making shows. Nick has been very quick to cancel shows in the past, and I feel like if Game Shakers wasn't created by Dan Schneider, it would have been cancelled much sooner. Reruns hardly ever aired on the main Nick channel.

I think the Kid Danger cartoon will be cancelled too. New episodes or reruns haven't been seen on the main Nick channel for over a month and its viewership was somewhat low. Plus I heard there was production trouble too.

Nick could be in some trouble since Dan Schneider created their most successful live action shows and was a major source of the company's profit. I don't think they're doomed though since there are many talented creators out there. The Thundermans was really successful and that wasn't created by Dan Schneider. So Nickelodeon doesn't completely need him, but it's still a major loss for them.

Honestly, its for the best. His shows have been stale since the early 2010's, in my opinion.. surprised they're dropping him just now.
 
If Schneider truly is the scumbag this article makes of him, I'd say good riddance. Though I will be honest, I'm kind of more relieved to hear Game Shakers has been cancelled. This is definitely the right direction for the company, and I really hope this somehow influences Nick to focus more on their animation with their Live Action cashgrab king gone. Yes, Schneider has produced some great work over the years (Up until around 2012, even). But it's time for some new shows to take over the network.

Oh, did I mention his obsession with feet?
 
He has no talent, so even if the accusations aren’t true, nothing of value was lost. What I’ve heard about him really does make him sound like a creep, though and if it’s true, he should be in prison. Have any victims actually accused him or is it just speculation?
 
So I've been hearing that dan left Nickelodeon on his own terms and not due to his sexual allegations. Apparently there's new management who were tired of giving him big treatment or whatever. So now he's left with a 7 million dollar paycheck and will probably retire.
