I doubt Nick will lose the lawsuit. this was just some loser who thought he could sue to get some extra money.

He'll get found out anyway. The court would ask for the time when he set the site up and when he registered the domain. If it was made in 2002-2006, he'll be found out! :P

Let's see....image was made in 2007 and copyright was made in 2006. This is what I think.

I think the guy watched SpongeBob one day and found out how popular it was.

Then, he decided to make these sponges named "Bob Spongee."

He decided to sell them and he told everyone that he made these awhile ago.

Someone said that there is a show called "SpongeBob."

He pretended not to know that and he decided to sue Nickelodeon for it to get money for his idea.
 
Where has this guy been anyway? It took him three years to find out about SpongeBob?
