Ketchup: on your fries or on the side?

For those who like ketchup, ranch, or some other condiment on their fries...do you prefer it on the fries or on the side?


I prefer ranch on the side to dip with my fries, but ketchup on top of them.

If I use ketchup then I'd put it on the side for sure. Don't always use ketchup though.. sometimes I'll just have them plain if they're actually good

It depends on the size of the plate and how many fries are on the plate. I do both, but still it all depends.
