This is probably why Turkey now asks English speakers to call it Türkiye instead.

Anyway, turkey (the food) is fine, but I would much prefer a chicken for Thanksgiving. So juicy. So soft. So….chicken-y….I’m craving it now

Yes! Even when it’s not Thanksgiving, I don’t mind having some Turkey with stuffing and mashed potatoes on occasions.

Only in some things, imo. Turkey Bacon is ok. Tolerable but not amazing.
Turkey patties and Turkey meat can be good if properly seasoned.

Cooked right, it can be absolutely delicious.

Unfortunately, poultry in general often comes out dry.
