I have to agree, it's been done before in a bunch of other shows. I guess people make a big deal because Disney has a rep of being squeaky clean.

And to reply to Stancakes: the heartwarming moments are part of the reason why I love this show, especially Pacifica saving the family name because it gave her some character development, but that's just my opinion.

I didn't say it was truly shocking or groundbreaking in any way, I'm just saying the show isn't so squeaky-clean enough to not do that stuff most of the time.
But yes, you're right, cut swears do happen a lot in TV shows.

You do have a point. Gravity Falls isn't exactly as innocent as, say, Sofia the First or Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.

I remember that Sqoou retard assumed Hirsch was implying there was gonna be a Season 3. When he got called out, he got all butthurt... (and on the wiki, he caused a whole flamewar and my pushover "friend" banned me because Sqoou whined about me...and he tried to SWAT call me...)

Nick writers have no freedom at all, that's why they cancel all there shows after 2 or 3 seasons
 
I absolutely love and adore the show, but I'm not gonna be all "I don't want this show to end lolololol". This show was meant to have a short lifespan, that's just how the plot kinda works. I'd honestly be kinda pissed if it surpassed 2 seasons, let alone 3.
