Ending to BF (SPOILERS!)

I didn't understand the ending to Best Frenemies. So everyone turned into hair blobs? And what was with Mr. K giving the krabby patty to Plankton? Can someone explain the ending to me? Cause I got confused.
 
I don't know (because I saw it German) but this is my theory;

Mr. Krabs notices there is heaps of Kelp Shakes in the Krusty Krab instead of
Krabby Patties. He teams up with Plankton to find out the success of the drink.
They fail at finding out, but Spongebob turns into a sponge covered in Kelp (I
think) then Mr. Krabs and Plankton wan't go back to the formula, so Mr. Krabs
gives Plankton the formula to start off a chase.

at first, mr. krabs thinks that plankton is the owner of the kelp-shake-shop, but then he discovers that there is a new rival of their restaurants. mr. krabs and plankton work together to find out the formula of the kelp shakes. thentheygotoplanktonandputitinthesensorsofkaren(likeinthe3.episode, when plankton controled spongebobs brain),andkarensays"99%kelp juice".

Haven't seen it yet, but my feeling (from reading this post) is that the ending is not supposed to make any sense, or is supposed to be understood as being 'absurd'. Like any good Post-modern/surreal/absurdist piece, SB episodes often leaving you wondering, 'huh?' at the end.

Classing SB in the 'absurdist'/post-modern frame is actually a complement to Hillenburg, First-Mate Drymon and the rest of the crew. I'd have to watch the ep to be sure. Is it from the latest season?
 
hasn't anybody bought season 4 vol. 2 dvd yet. it's in there in amiracan.
 
I'm gonna watch BF tonight again. I'm excited!

I didn't get to watch it the other night because of homework. :xD:
