Bubble Buddy Returns?

OK, so I know flats appeared briefly in Texas, but we just see his face, they never talk to or about him. There are lots of fish characters that appear in spongebob episodes, but they are never really important to the story. The fact that they showed flats a couple times, then made a whole episode about him, doesn't bother me. If they made another episode now that was "The Return of the Bully," that would be a different story.

Apparently flats also appeared in "Sandy's Rocket." I'm assuming he was just one of the random fish Spongebob & Patrick capture...
 
Don't even get me STARTED on the continuity of the show. It would take a super-smart fan just to put together a proper timeline.


Anyways, I would like to see Bubble Buddy return, at least if it's a cameo.
