It didn't sound like he was completely opposed to spinoffs. He just didn't see how it would work. According to Vincent Waller, he did however HATE the idea of SpongeBob doing crossovers (Tidal Zone doesn't count because they're in the same universe; I'm talking about something along the lines of SpongeBob and Fairly OddParents crossing over).

Going off of that, then he probably hated it when Patchy appeared on Big Time Rush. (unless if he allowed it because it was just Patchy)

I assumed he was fine with it because it was only Patchy and none of the main characters. Also SpongeBob has always crossed over with other Nicktoons in the video games, so there are some little exceptions to the rule.

Well a day before it ends I find out….dang it really got its grove this season. Way better then season 1.

If these spin offs end, i hope it doesn't mean that the new crap from those shows don't end up in the actual show, they were sort of a way to contain the crap that shouldn't be in OG spongebob

I really hope they don't up her or her brothers appearances in the main series because of Kamp Koral ending, that'd be horrible.
