Bad news for Kamp Koral.

Nickelodeon CEE and Nicktoons CEE have announced that they will be increasing the airtime for the Rugrats reboot once Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years concludes in 2024. In recent months, the two channels have only aired the Rugrats reboot when new episodes were available, leading to a lack of reruns. This decision was made in order to give more airtime to Kamp Koral, a SpongeBob spinoff. However, despite Nickelodeon CEE and Nicktoons CEE's efforts, Kamp Koral has not been as successful as the Rugrats reboot in the United States. The Rugrats reboot has consistently beaten out Kamp Koral in viewership on Paramount+, indicating that the Rugrats reboot is the more popular show among audiences. As a result, Nickelodeon CEE and Nicktoons CEE have decided to increase the airtime for the Rugrats reboot once Kamp Koral concludes in 2024. This decision is likely to please fans of the Rugrats reboot, who have been disappointed by the lack of reruns in recent months. It remains to be seen how much airtime the Rugrats reboot will receive once Kamp Koral concludes. However, it is clear that Nickelodeon CEE and Nicktoons CEE are committed to giving the show a prominent place on their channels.

The Patrick Star Show doesn't have a bright future ahead of it, either. Camp Coral had it's own slue of problems, but The Patrick Star Show doesn't really give you a reason to watch it. It's, SpongeBob.

Honestly, I see why this could happen, based on what I heard from ESB, people aren't liking Kamp Koral that much

To be honest, I'm not very surprised. The show isn't bad at the least, but not good enough to occupy Nick's airtimes. It had its run, and it had its fun.

It doesn’t have as good a reputation as The Patrick Star Show.
A reputation that it earned when everyone was busy hating this show for essentially being the first aired...

I guarantee you that had if TPSS aired first then Kamp Koral, TPSS would have gotten the blunt of the hate (or at least little more if any then what it got).

Yeah, good point honestly...

I've also seen a lot of people hating Narlene, and her debut show is KK

Another reason I've seen from the community is people don't like the fact Stephen said there would never be a "SpongeBob babies" show, apparently. Though the producers had said it was not a "Sponges babies" show, they were just "smaller and cuter", quoted from a staff member for KK

If taken that quote into mind, then TPSS should be hated considering Hillenburg did state that a spin-off with Patrick would be "too much" and do remember hearing that on YouTube video that he did say that.

And yes, Hillenburg is correct with his prediction - the show is too much...

Yeah, I don't really know why TPSS got liked so much more than KK

Because Hillenburg did say no to spinoffs, but also TPSS seemed to get a lot of good feedback compared to KK

I'm not completely sure on all the reasons...

All I know is Hillenburg did oppose to spinoffs

It didn't sound like he was completely opposed to spinoffs. He just didn't see how it would work. According to Vincent Waller, he did however HATE the idea of SpongeBob doing crossovers (Tidal Zone doesn't count because they're in the same universe; I'm talking about something along the lines of SpongeBob and Fairly OddParents crossing over).

You're correct about crossovers. Plus, a spongebob crossover wouldn't work super well anyways considering Spongebob is canonically around 4 inches tall or something
