Review: I actually thought this episode was funny when SpongeBob and Patrick were arresting everyone! :p But, I didn't like the ending, which lowered my score ALOT. :|

Wow, this was an EXTREMELY stupid episode. I hated SB and Pat in this episode! All they did was arrest the poor citizens of Bikini Bottom for VERY stupid reasons! And, the worst part is that they got away with it! I just wanted to smack the living jellyfish squeezings out of them. Also, what's with the episode title? It has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with shuffle boarding at all. Sure, it was mentioned a few times, but otherwise had NOTHING to do with the title. I hated the ending, too. This episode sends bad messages to children! All I can say is, avoid this episode at all costs! This episode is almost as bad as "Sandy's Rocket", only worse. 0/10
 
They don't show any shuffle boarding it should have been just mermaid man and barnacle boy (whatever the next number is). Very off from the title. 4/10
 
HORRIBLE episode.

1: The entire plot of them at a Shuffleboarding competition gets abruptly SCRAPPED half-way through the episode, and the new plot is awful.

2: Their new plot, which is Spongebob and Patrick going around arresting everyone, without consequence, is stupid and criminal.

3: The horrible "fight scene" with Man-Ray.

The title of this episode is so misleading. I think I would have preferred an episode about shuffleboarding.

Anyway, some of the random arrests made me giggle just because of how absurd they were, but I hated the ending of the episode. I can't stand it when innocent characters (Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy in this case) get punished for something another character has done.

That's how I feel when Butters in South Park keeps getting punished.
 
This episode was a ::dolphin noise:: mess. Had barely anything to do with shuffleboarding but instead it veers off into an even worse plot. Nothing good about this except for the my leg reference and I hate how super flanderized SpongeBob and Patrick get away with their misdeeds. I'm willing to call this the worst episode of Season 6. I also don't like how this episode doesn't have the MM and BB name in the title. 1/10

I miss the days when MM and BB episodes were named "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy" and then whatever number the episode was. Though I guess it would look odd to eventually have Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy XXVIII or something.
 
Let me say everything thats wrong with this episode: the costumes look fake, the plot is dropped at the middle of the episode for another one thats not even funny, the new plot is unoriginal, arresting everyone for stupid reasons, Mermaidman and Barnacleboy getting chased not the end and not Spongebob and Patrick. Do I need to say more? Oh why in the new episodes do the innocent get punished? :thumbdown:

Yes, and when the other get away with it Scott-free. And, SpongeBob, being the absolute idiot he was, says "They have so many fans!" SpongeBob's obliviousness was NOT funny!
