You know it's strange how Plankton was just so tiny in this episode, but later he wasn't so tiny anymore and kinda grew abit. Like, in this one, he fits perfectly in SpongeBob's hand. Then later on, he's actually bigger then SpongeBob's hand. What happened?

In general Plankton's size is pretty inconsistent. :P

This epiode is classic and It's a great introducton to Plankton, who is one of my favorite characters. There were so many funny parts like the begining, SpongeBob stepping on Plankton, ABC song, Plankton saying Squidward is a mediocre clarinet player, the part with Labrador retriever, Plankton jumping to the patty and then landing in the analyzer, the analyzer saying Plankton is 1% evil 99% hot gas and the ending. Overall, a excellent episode of season 1. 10/10

I only wish that they kept Plankton at that teeny tiny size though, it was cute how he could fit in SpongeBob's hand.

When SpongeBob crashed through Squidward's house while being mind-controlled, Squidward's whole room was on the first floor.

Plankton!

Comments:
I actually forgot this episode, but it holds up pretty darn well. The record player running gag was probably my favorite of the jokes for lampshading the soundtrack. Although the one thing about this episode was that... why didn't Plankton ever try using that machine again? It's actually useful.

Grade: 4/5, Great. It was a wonderful introduction to Plankton, and all the gags were on point. I wouldn't say it's necessarily the best Spongebob/Plankton interaction, but it was great for a first.

Season: 1

Episode: Plankton!

This episode was good. I liked Plankton's first appearance. His character was evil, subtle and complex. There were many jokes. 8/10

It's odd to see how small Plankton is in this episode since he's larger in later episodes. This episodes plot is awesome though, Plankton is great here and this episode is filled with some great gags. I loved "1% Evil, 99% Hot Gas"

Episode Ranking: Good

First episode of the show chronologically that gets a perfect from me. I'm a huge Plankton fan, and this introduces him well. There are many memorable parts like the record player, the alphabet song, the Labrador, and 1% Evil, 99% Hot Gas. 10/10.
