My favorite guest star is the Sea Bear, but I wouldn't really want him to return, he was a one time joke.
I think the Strangler should make a return, he was an awesome character that would obviously have a great plotline: REVENGE. ON. SPONGEBOB. :ph34r:

He did appear in "SpongeBob vs. the Patty Gadget", so he wouldn't be a one episode character anyway.

Well, he LOOKED like the John O'Hurley Neptune, but he didn't actually really speak, did he? Didn't he just go, "HUH?" I mean, it could've been anybody.

I think he was credited and a different actor definitely did his voice, but still it's the same character (unlike the movie Neptune).
