As if High School Musical 3 wasn't enough, they are already making another sequel! And it isin't even in High school!
High School Musical is an Emmy Award-winning American television film. Upon its release on January 20, 2006, it was the most successful Disney Channel Original Movies (DCOM) ever produced,[2][3] with a television sequel High School Musical 2 released in 2007 and the feature film High School Musical 3: Senior Year to be released theatrically in October 2008. It will be the first Disney Channel movie to have a theatrical sequel. A fourth installment, High School Musical 4, has been announced to be in the writing stages.[4]

That's insane, someone should stop them before it'll be too late.
 
This makes me angry. Next thing you know they will try to make a series.

That idea was scrapped and replaced with Senior Year.
 
Guys, I've read spoilers for Senior Year, and it seems like a fitting end to the series. If they made a sequel to that, they would just be milking it.
 
Personally, I wouldn't want to be killed by God when a movie I don't have to watch is being developed in rumors.
 
I'd like to see a link to the source before I believe this.
 
Disney will continue to milk the franchise until it no longer generates milk. They did that with almost every series that they came up with--Lizzie McGuire, Hannah Montana etc. They just don't know when to quit...
 
Sadly, this is very much true because I read an article on Yahoo a couple months ago. But it will have different cast members, and blah blah blah. I guess College Musical wouldn't work. Thank God!

Having one movie isn't milking something. Now if they had 3 or 4 that would be milking it.
 
If they're not in high school, shouldn't it be College Musical instead? >~>;
