Hey everyone, welcome to the wiki. I'll be your tour guide today. And for as long as I remain sysop, lol.

I've transferred pretty much every page from the Wikia site to this site. However, files and templates are still missing, so if you could copy them across it would be grateful.

You can only edit if you are registered, so click on the link in the top right to register. Please register under the same name you edited on Wikia. You don't have to though, seeing as I'm using PhilipB but was using Philip2011 on Wikia.

Happy editing! --PhilipB (talk) 15:07, 21 August 2012 (CDT)

Citations are now working as the Special:Version indicates that someone has installed the Cite extension. Don't know who, but I think I can guess haha! You don't need to edit anything, it seems the extension recognises the same tags used on Wikia. kthxbai --PhilipB (talk) 11:46, 24 August 2012 (CDT)

The infobox template now works! Hooray! You can see a test of it on this page, and you can view the source of that page to see how it works and how to use it on other pages. Furthermore, there is documentation on how to use infoboxes at Template:Infobox/doc. --PhilipB (talk) 13:10, 24 August 2012 (CDT)

Lowercase titles

I've noticed a number of pages are changing the first letter of a member name into a capital letter, when it should be in lower case. For example, abney317 becomes Abney317, ssj4gogita4 becomes Ssj4gogita4 and so on. It looks wrong, but thanks to Wikipedia's template there's a fix. I've added Template:Lowercase title. All you have to do is put {{lowercase title}} at the top of the article and it will fix the article name. --PhilipB (talk) 14:25, 24 August 2012 (CDT)

Community portal and bulletin board

We have a shiny new community portal for you to use. There is a quick link to this page on the left. It's not quite filled with content yet, but it does bring us the community bulletin board. This is basically a place to post information about new or changed things on the wiki, like I've been doing on this page. So for example, I'm going to start posting these notices on the bulletin board rather than on here. Make sure to check the bulletin board periodically.

The community portal will eventually include tips on how to write articles, as well as a list of collaborations, and a list of things you can do to help out on the wiki. The hope is that it will eventually become a well visited page for users on the wiki.

Thanks. --PhilipB (talk) 07:17, 26 August 2012 (CDT)
