Episodes in 16:9 ratio..?

So I heard from user spongebranch that the episodes Penny Foolish and Nautical Novice were aired in 16:9 aspect ratio on Nick@Nite.

Were they stretched out, or remastered in the 16:9 ratio? I need to know!

Cropped in the Original, but I think the Non-Crop Version was meant for the Nickelodeon HD Era Back when Channels were Actively Labeling their HD Counterparts "HD"
