Love the books. Still read theme every now and then.

As for the show...it was ok but not sure what you could do with more than the chapters it had in books. It was bound to end eventually...even if it was early.

I remember my teacher reading the books when I was in grade 3. As for the show I thought it was ok.

The books were awesome. The TV series, though...

It was okay, though not faithful to the books at all. I remember a few years back reading of an alleged 3rd & 4th season of this series that aired exclusively on Canada (Obviously a hoax), that apparently brought in a bunch of characters from the books that didn't make their way into the series. I'd say the only plus to come out of the series was Kidswatter, he was the only legitimately funny character, though a step down from the more subtle quirks that made the original character terrifying and great.

EDIT: Oh yeah, Maurecia was terribly adapted.
