Given how little activity’s going on on SBM now, it’s enough to make you say “Gee, it sure is boring around here.”, the legendary opening lines to Link: The Faces of Evil.

What are your thoughts on these cutscenes? Do you watch them in your spare time? For God’s sake, we need to discuss something!

they're god's gift to earth. i love them so much ironically that it loops around into unironic enjoyment. they're honestly hilarious and so enjoyable to watch. bless the random studio in russia that created them

Does Nintendo even acknowledge these games anymore, or is this one of those situations where they know it exists but they never dare mention it again; almost like a forbidden word?
Eh right now the forbidden word is actually two words: Wii U.

True, the Wii U will soon be on Nintendo's forbidden list. Along with Virtual Boy, all the CD-i games that starred their IP's, the 1993 Super Mario Bros. movie... all things that when brought up people will say, "Oh yeah, that thing."

Even worse, Nintendo partnered with Philips to everyone's surprise and ditched Sony, and here we are now with their PlayStation brand.

Getting kind of off topic, might continue this with a new topic!

Ditching Sony is easily the worst decision Nintendo has ever made. The Playstations are some of the most profitable pieces of hardware ever put on the market, I think we can all agree on that.

Think of a universe of a Playstation and a Nintendo console together. Microsoft wouldn't stand a chance.
