[COMPLETED] Best President Elimination Game

Similar to the President Game, except this time you eliminate the best President of the bunch until we have the worst of them. This plays out just like any other ranking game, three vetos and the president is back on the list. here's the list:

EDIT RULES:
1. A President cannot be brought back by the person who originally voted them off, I may change the rule further down the line, but as of now, someone else has to take them off.
2. Super vetos are allowed ONCE a round.
QUICK NOTE: If you use a super veto, you cannot eliminate a president as well, only on regular vetos you can do both!
