Dexter's Lab
Never even watched an episode of Dexter's, yet it's obviously superior to the likes of Johnny Test, a series with weak animation, lame writing, awful jokes, and mostly annoying main cast.
They do have Bling Bling Boy, though, so the superiority isn't that great of a distance.

I'm not really a fan of either, but Dexter's Lab is definitely better.

Season 1 had decent animation, it was done with digital ink-and-paint, as opposed to flash like other seasons

Even if we were just comparing the first and last seasons of each show(the first season of Johnny Test was good and the last two seasons of Dexter were seasonal rot at its finest)...
