SpongeBob was introduced to the world 19 years ago today, after the 1999 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, and since its less accepted premiere date of July 17, Nick simply hasn’t been the same network. Cheers to everyone who’s worked on this show, loved as children, loved it as adults, studied it and remembered it. We’ve only got one year until possibly its most important anniversary, so are you ready kids?
