Hey guys, SpongeBuddy here.

AS we are members of this site, SBmania, let's share our opinions to each other.

So...Math. Everywhere is math. How does everyone feel about this subject?

For ME: Math is a challenging subject. It's personally my talent, along with arts (primarily drawing, crafting and painting). It's personally my favorite subject, along with English and Science (more on Chemistry and Physics).

Now, let's share about math, either you love it or not. I'm just sharing your opinions here. I love to hear your opinions here. If everyone struggles Math here, I pity you all. I respect your opinions and weakness. I love helping. (I'm sometimes a Good Samaritan.) Feel free to share here.

I do enjoy math it makes me feel accomplished when I get stuff right but some stuff is hard! for example in math we are currently learning about trigonometric identities and we got a worksheet and I got all the answers on the front right coz they were easier but then on the back it got tricky and I was so confused! and we have a test on in tomorrow so I gotta study hard and learn that stuff!

other than that sp00ky stuff math is cool like I said it makes me feel good inside! going back to my worksheet on the front half I did not really know or try coz I thought I got the answers wrong but then in class each time the teacher went over each problem I was so shocked when he revealed the same answer as I had! I felt like the smartest person ever! Albert Einstein is SHAKING!!!!

I have always been very gifted in math it is like the only thing I am good at! I should be in calculus but in 10th grade my dumbie counselor switched me from honors to CP math coz I got bad grades in 9th grade math although I know for a FACT literally EVERYONE got a bad grade in that class coz the teacher was bad at teaching us stuff and no one understood how to do stuff!!! so that set me back one year coz the CP teacher was also a bad teacher and everyone h888s him coz he cannot teach! anyways I am getting off topic the point is I am good at math! In 8th grade I was proclaimed the smartest kid in the class by the friccbois who sat behind me and I stole that title from this girl Gina who was very smart! I also actually like my math teacher this year so that makes it even better! :squilliam2:

as you can see I am very passionate about math!

if u need math help* hit me up I will solve all ur problems* coz I am a gee nee us B))))))

*except for calculus and statistics I have not taken them yet so come back in a few years and I will be the MASTER

Yeah! Me too. Math and Visual Arts are my proud gifts of my life. I'm so humble.

Math...whew, boy...

I currently study A Level Math, and my exams are in about two months from now, and I'm nowhere near ready for them. At all. The content from this year's textbooks is way harder than last year's, although I am redoing one of last year's units alongside this year's three units. It also sucks because I have always been on top of my game in Math since I was a kid, but it seems as if I've lost that edge since I started my A Levels last year.

I guess I've grown bored of Math, and it's also the root for quite a lot of my depression and anger. My parents are of no help because they expect me to do well based on me always getting it up to GCSE Math, and aren't going to offer me a shoulder to cry on should I tell them that I'm really not sure about Math anymore. Sure, I know I haven't been studying the subject, but at the same time, I don't know how, I no longer get the content whenever going through it, and they don't realize how much effort you have to put into the exams just to get an E grade which is actually a pass (you need at least 40%, sometimes more).

I'm basically prepared to fail or at least pass at the bare minimum with this subject. No amount of studying now is gonna help me get anything cuz integration and trigonometric identities are a nightmare to wrap my head around. I've also kinda accepted the fact that my parents are probably gonna be disappointed in me, but that's honestly not gonna affect me all that much cuz I don't care enough to be concerned with what others think of the grade.

I also only do A-Level Math because of a dumb decision on my part; compared to English Language and Media Studies, my other two A Levels, Math is but a wild card of sorts and I think I would have preferred to have done English Literature so I could just learn how to write effectively and apply the skills across the remaining subjects.

I part with this advice (for any students out there this may apply to): do not do what I did if you do not like Math. If Math is optional for you at some point in your life, do. Not. Take. It. Even if there is absolutely nothing else you like the sound of. It is not fun. Only take it if you're willing to put yourself through it or if you enjoy it for whatever reason.

To tell the truth, there are things I like and don't like about Math. I find it to be an interesting subject; within its complexity, there is still a logical base to it. Also, concerning tests, I usually do well on them, as with tests in other subjects (my main problem is with homework)... unfortunately, the homework portion is one drawback, as with the subject sometimes being too complex for me to understand well enough. While I'm not that great at it, I still like some parts of it... even though my current math course (Trigonometry) is not one of my favourites.
