I like it better than Frozen, that's for sure.
Frozen doesn't make you laugh, in fact, it gives you no emotion at all.
Cool Cat however, is so bad it's funny and gives you a range of emotions and makes you want to talk about how laughingly bad it is.

If it has comic sans in the title, it's a good movie.
If it was an honest effort to create a movie, with a small budget, I can at least understand where this movie's coming from (Since I make small films with my friends for fun). But, how the guy has treated people who has criticized the movie, I've lost respect for him.
