MoBros Studios and Mr. Enter seemed to have been the ones who made the term popular, though I do not know who coined it.
 
I'm not even going to complain about this...

Most of the episodes that you have said aren't even that bad to me, but I respect your opinion and I can see why you don't like them.

MoBrosStudios invented the term from what I heard. Plus, most people who review SpongeBob, a kids' cartoon, are usually young adults who can't be more original with their reviews that they'll use sick terms like that.
 
I liked some of these episodes, although I wouldn't consider some of the episodes to be Squidward being "tortured"/"abused" or whatever (hate using that term). These include:
House Fancy - The toenail doesn't make the episode entirely bad. It was gross, but SpongeBob is the reason why Squidward won at the end.
A Day Without Tears - Although SpongeBob's crying was extemely annoying, Squidward deserved what he got at the end, because he was a jerk. They even made a bet.
A Friendly Game - Yeah, he got really hurt at the end, but it wasn't even intentional. The golf game was the actual plot of the episode.
Squidward's School for Grown-Ups - I don't get this one. I hated all 3 characters in this episode and Squidward kinda deserved it at the end, because he yelled to the people for no reason.
Little Yellow Book - No. Although the other people were hypocrites, Squidward was the one who showed the diary. He deserved what he got after he read the diary. The ending was terrible as well.
Squid Defense - Although I didnt really remember eveything in this one, I remember that he did something wrong and used karate in the wrong moments.

New Fish in Town is kinda debatable. Although Squidward was annoyed by them in that episode, he didn't get harmed or received any harsh treatment.
Dear Vikings doesn't seem like it was a Squidward torture/abuse episode either. He barely had any focus. The vikings wantes the throw him in thr water, but SpongeBob told them to stop, so nothing bad happened afterwards.

Honestly, MrBrosStudios & Mr Enter shouldn't be existed anymore that cause to get hate for SB like srsly why can't we have nice things about SB in general?
