Yup, I agree with what everyone here has said. I admittedly haven't truly been into Spongebob for a long time myself, haven't really enjoyed an episode since Season 8 or 9, and fully support you doing whatever you want to do.

That's very understandable. I haven't seen much of Season 11 or 12, but that's just because I haven't gotten to them. But I watched a good portion of Birthday Blowout and while it had some nice touches, it wasn't very entertaining imo.

We'll find out soon but you could be right!

If that's the case then I needed to stop watching after the Birthday special

...Wait a minute!

If "SpongeBob's Birthday Blowout" really was Stephen Hillenburg's final episode, then why did "Karen's Baby" and "The Krusty Bucket" still have him listed as an executive producer?

Because those episodes were produced a With hillenburg’s help before Birthday Blowout.

Ok

I will admit it right now:

I am a post-movie hater

That is why I have been so critical of this show

It is also the reason I didn't care for the 2004 movie

Might as well just face facts and say I'm simply growing out of SpongeBob SquarePants/Nickelodeon as hard as it is to believe!

It's time for the sponge & I to part ways

Good luck to the rest of your run SpongeBob!
