Who is your favorite animation directors?

This is such a stupid question...
It could also be former (who doesn't work on the show anymore) ones, such as Andrew Overtoom, Edgar Larrazábal, Fred Miller, or Sean Dempsey.
For me, it would have to be Alan Smart and Tom Yasumi.

I don't have a favorite but in Season 10 the animation is more cartoon-ish. But i don't know if that's the idea of the director.
