Is too. WB produces it, CN has airing rights. They're also on good terms which means that a TTG crossover is 100% possible and any Nick show is 100% impossible.

Is not. WB owns DC Comics so they have 100% over production and merchandise. CN only has the rights to air the show because it's a WB cartoon. That means they won't cross over with Uncle Grandpa, because they don't own TTG. Also, that Ninja Turtles crossover only happened because Beast Boy's voice actor voices Michelangelo in the Nickelodeon version of the show.

Either way, I'd like to see a Regular Show crossover, because their zaniness works well together.
