For me:
Super Mario: Super Mario Odyssey
Kirby: Kirby Super Star
Super Smash Bros.: Super Smash bros Ultimate
Pikmin: Pikmin 3 Deluxe (Thinking of getting Pikmin 4 when it comes out)
Metroid: Metroid Dread (Just starting playing Metroid so haven't played a lot of the games yet)
Pokemon: Pokemon Yellow

Mario Kart: Tough one. I'll have to go with Double Dash or Wii. They're both great games.

I also like the classics of Pokemon, Yu Gi Oh, Sonic, Need for Speed etc but I don't remember the names of the ones I played(there are many many games of each of them)

I love Sonic the Hedgehog because my favorite levels from the game are Marble Zone, Green Hill Zone, Scrap Brain Zone, Labyrinth Zone, Spring Yard Zone, Star Light Zone and the Final Zone
