In "SpongeBob's Last Stand", Plankton called him 'my dear sponge', I don't know if that one counts.

Also, in "Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob", he calls himself 'FryBoy' when he fights Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy.
And in "Krabby Land", he calls himself 'The Krabby Patty Burglar'.

Those are all I can think of at this moment that are not already on the list. =]
