Twitter is rebranding to X

Imagine if Nick took Spongebob, renamed both the character and the show to "S", and otherwise changed nothing. You'd rightly mock them for such a move.
In this case it's more like they took the channel and rebranded it to be 'S' but all the shows and schedules stayed the same. I said it's not that bad because really the only change is the name. It's a weird change and it's kinda stupid, but the website itself is exactly the same as before so it's not like they ruined the whole thing.

Elon Musk is a corrupt businessman, just like Jeff Bezos, Donald Trump, or more historically, John D. Rockefeller...

At least there are still some good businessmen out there, whether he's Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, or Richard Branson...

Cartoon Network has used "CN" as their primary logo, while using their original 14-square checkerboard logo as a secondary logo...
Teen Nick was originally known as The "N."

Shortening logos into simple acronyms is nothing new, as fast food restaurants did it before, with Kentucky Fried Chicken going by "KFC" or Dairy Queen going by "DQ."

I mean to be fair KFC was only shortened for legal reasons

this reminds me of that one user called Season 4-9 ain't all so bad, that was his name for a while and then he changed it so Season 4-10 ain't all so bad which, minor change. Then he did the same for Season 4-11 ain't all so bad. So far, so good, right? Then, he did the unthinkable. He shortened the name to Season 4-11. What am I supposed to think of those seasons now? What once wasn't so bad, now could be deplorable, unacceptable, unimaginable horror! Oh my, the humanity! I can't bear to take it any longer!

I think it's still called Twitter, it's just the logo that changed to a black X (or atleast the URL is still twitter.com). Bit less colourful, slightly harder to find when I'm looking at my tabs...
Theyre planning to change it from Twitter.com to x.com. In fact if you go to x.com, it redirects to Twitter. They also rolled out updates on iOS and Android to roll out the logo and name change.
