Saturday. 9.25 am. Turn to ITV. The CiTV (Children's ITV) logo animation starts. Then it's SM:TV Live time.

SM:TV Live, aka Saturday Morning Television Live, was a Saturday morning show which was on from 9.25 to (I think) 11.30 followed by CD:UK (CountDown United Kingdom) which was a music show. Presented by the same people they were sister shows and were hilarious and great to watch. Late-1999 to late-2001 in many ways is the glory days for CiTV. Weekdays had a bright fresh look with a cool sky-type studio...

(This picture is a bit darker and duller than what it actually looked like for some reason)

With great shows and presenters it was an awesome time. Tom, Danielle, Stephen and for a short while Andrea. Somehow the downfall of CiTV began in September 2001. The background for the CiTV animation was changed to a dark blue as well as the studio and the other animations disappeared (there was one with an island, one with a TV set, and as you can see in the above image one with a crab, and one with a spaceship). New presenters came and suddenly in December Tom and Danielle left. Hmm. Also Ant and Dec left SM:TV Live. They hosted it with Cat Deely.

I could go on but all I wanted to say was that I miss this show a lot (along with CiTV 2000-2001). It was hilarious.

Any that you miss?

Invader ZIM and Ren and Stimpy. They were both cancelled before I even knew about them, but it still makes me sad.

Who's the Boss? threw me for a loop when it ended.

PUSHING DAISIES.

I still shed tears often that it was cruelly taken away from me.

The Powerpuff Girls
Dexter's Lab
Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide
Danny Phantom
Invader Zim
Rugrats (hated All Grown Up, wished it would die)

I'll think of more.

Also Avatar the last airbender. That was a good show. Plus I think Scrubs has ended too so that makes me sad.

Ned's Declassified
Ed, Edd, n Eddy
Ben 10
Invader Zim

i was sad when Totally Spies went away but yesterday night they came back. Never knew that would happen.

Also what happened to Code Lyoko? Did they end?

lol- Who's the Boss? Yeah, that was a good one, but I wasn't sad when it ended.
I do miss Powerpuff Girls and Dexter's Lab and RugRats. Oh, and Hey Arnold...I was sad to see that one go.

Yeah, Hey Arnold too. Especially since the last episode ended with a cliffhanger.

Yeah, Hey Arnold too. Especially since the last episode ended with a cliffhanger.
I vaguely remember that...what happened again? That was such a good show, I wish they had made the second movie.

It was the episode where Arnold found his parents' journal. At the end of the episode, Arnold finds a map in the back of the journal that his parents left behind and runs inside to tell his grandparents.

And yeah, the scene was meant to foreshadow a second movie that never saw the light of day.
