Too many Plankton episodes

Okay, I think the writers should take a break from writing episodes about Plankton trying to steal the Krabby Patty formula. I mean, seriously. No matter what happens, he always ends up failing. These types of episodes a getting out of hand and are starting to become too predictable. In fact, here's the list of Plankton episodes:

For Here or To Go

Yeah, there are WAY too many episodes about Plankton trying to steal a KP. If he's going to continue failing, I suggest that they stop many so many Plankton episodes.

That's one of the things I'd like to see less of in Season 9, our little, evil algae, Plankton. :plankx: Plankton is a funny and has a witty sense of humor, but the problem is, his episodes are just unbelieveably predictable. I feel like the best idea for a Plankton episode now would be a Walking Small-like Plankton episode, where Plankton doesn't aim for the formula, but he tries to use someone for land development to make his restaurant a big hit, or something. Just a Plankton episode without Mr. Krabs would be nice, but really, I agree, they need to give Plankton a break.

And this isn't even counting cameos, such as The Krabby Kronicle or Culture Shock.
(Oops, you forgot Walking Small)

Plankton is a good guy, but I suggest they give him a break. If this was in real life, he would have probably given up after 13 years ^_^
He is a bit of a :fail:

Yeah, agreed on that front. Plankton has been seriously overused as a plot element. It seems that, in the past, Plankton was an antagonist with comedy moments. However, he could be menacing at times. Now, he's a pathetic loser that never wins, is played for comedy almost all the time, and rarely is it that he's an antagonist, nowadays. However, Mr. Lawrence's episodes have brought that back somewhat. Something I also don't like about episodes like Plankton's Regular and One Coarse Meal is how characters like Plankton get played as the protagonist in the episode, while Mr. Krabs and Spongebob are the villains. That role reversal bugs me so much.

Anyway, Plankton should be used less in Season 9. His character has been used too much, his neurosis has been explored to it's maximum, and now he's boring and pretty pathetic. If he's gonna be used in the second movie (even though I hope he won't be), the writers might want to try to rectify that a little.

Yeah, I think it was noted before that he was not used in a lot of the pre-movie episodes. They all seem to have him make some sort of invention and then he fails at the end. It's quite hard to sit down and watch another Plankton episode for me. Even though he is a main character, I kinda feel like he has too many episodes of himself. But Super Evil Aquatic Villain Team Up Is Go! has the possibility of spicing the Plankton episodes.
