Dear Vikings was the only thing I could possibly think of as well, but I just don't understand why there'd be a reference to them eight years before that episode premiered and when they were only one-time characters. It's not like this was a post-Dear Vikings episode or an episode just before Dear Vikings that was a shouting of things to come... this is a 2000 episode we're talking about.
