Which one do you think is the saddest. I think that "Hawaiian Cocktail" will always be the saddest music on the entire show.

Nothing beats Where's Gary (well.. maybe the movie.. but I can't find the background music of that)
 
I love all of the music in SpongeBob, and I think Hawaiian Cocktail is the official sad music of SpongeBob. It plays in so many episodes and has a sad yet relaxing vibe to it. Also, there is an unidentified little tune that plays in basically every post-movie episode, and a few pre-movie ones, it is known as "unknown Hawaiian sting 8" on SpongeBob wiki. Botany B was mostly used in season 1 as sad music, but they never use that anymore, along with Stack of Leis and a few others.

But aside from the World's Smallest Violin's sad, sad, song, I'd say the saddest of those has to be Stack of Leis. It was real popular music back then, but it was also kind of tropical-ish sadness. :p
 
Definately Hawaiian Cocktail. BTW, have you guys noticed that it hasn't been used in a while?
 
I would probably say Hawaiian Farewell, but Gary Come Home is pretty sad too.

I love Kamakani B; I remember hearing it in PatrickSmartPants when Pat and SB where both looking at their memory books.... :( kinda sad if you ask me....
