A reply to a comment on the second video confirms that the show is no longer in production, meaning all second season episodes have been completed and are awaiting release.

According to Brian Robbins, Kamp Koral is "a limited summer series", hence why it only has two seasons. I'm not sure whether that counts as a tax write-off. You can read the interview here.

I completely agree. The show would’ve been a lot more enjoyable with 2D animation.

I could get the 2D thing just a little bit...

Still think Kamp Koral is better though, I'll never let that down. The fact that most of the Fandom contradicted themselves when TPSS came out because this was better, yet this was still a spin-off - something that Hillenburg (was believed) to opposed.

But let's just ignore that because TPSS has 2D animation!

Even though at the end of the day, TPSS and Kamp Koral are both spin-offs - just one is loved because of perfect timing and it was made a different way while the other got hated due to it being the first and is now just considered lukewarm...
